Module Programming Done Right Means Not Having to Do It Twice.
ECU replacement, module configuration, and post-repair programming, performed with OEM tools and procedures. Verified before the vehicle leaves.
Modern Cars. Modern Solutions.
Module programming is one of those services that looks simple until it isn’t. Flash the module, clear the codes, done. Except on modern vehicles, programming a module correctly means understanding the network it lives on, the configuration data it needs, the relearn procedures that follow, and what happens when any of that goes wrong.
We’ve been doing this work since Omega Technologies was founded. Not as an add-on. As part of the diagnostic and repair process. When a module gets programmed in our workflow, it gets verified — scan data checked, system function confirmed, no loose ends left on the vehicle.
What We Program
- Powertrain Control modules (PCM/ECM)
- Transmission Control Modules (TCM)
- Body Control Modules (BCM)
- Airbag / SRS modules
- ADAS Control Modules - Radar, Camera, and Sensor ECUs
- Instrument Clusters & Infotainment Systems
- Theft deterrent & immobilizer systems
- Key and remote programming
- Post-replacement module configuration and relearn procedures
Why It Matters
A module that isn't programmed correctly doesn't always throw a code right away. Sometimes it runs. Sometimes it runs badly. Sometimes it creates problems in systems two networks over that nobody connects back to the original repair.
We approach programming the same way we approach diagnostics — with OEM data, proper tooling, and a verification step at the end. The job isn't done until the system is confirmed working under real conditions. That's not extra. That's how it should be done.
Post-Collision Programming
Collision repair creates a consistent need for module programming that a lot of shops aren’t equipped to handle in-house. Replaced airbag modules, reconfigured BCMs, ADAS module swaps, immobilizer resets after structural repairs — these are the jobs that stall delivery after the body work is already done.
We work directly with collision centers to keep the repair moving. Mobile service means we come to your shop, handle the programming on-site, and get the vehicle to a point where it can be delivered. No tow bills, no waiting for a dealer appointment.
